Students shall be punctual.They should reach school at least 5 minutes before the first bell is rung and must take seats in their classes immediately after the bell. When the second bell goes all should assemble in the school yard in order and in discipline. After the assembly they should go to their classes in perfect order and silence.
Students are to talk in English in the class room and in the school campus. They must use English for ordinary conversation.
The School authorities will not be responsible for any child who disappears or runs away from the school premises without permission. During intervals and play time they shallnot go out of the school premises. They should avoid shouting, quarrelling and using rude language.
Coming late without reasonshall entail punishment.
Irregular attendance, unjustified or unexplained absence for more than 3 days, habitual illness, disobedience or objectionable influence justifies dismissal.
Children are forbidden to bring sharp objects to the school.
No literature other than text books or library books shall be brought in the school premises. Student found having immoral books or pictures in their possession, or found lending them to others, are liable to be expelled from the school.
Every student should endeavour to keep up the high standard of the school by excelling in good manners and study. For the smooth running of the school,no student shall bring in to the school any object liable to prove a source of disturbance, e.g. Crackers, Water pistols, Transistors, Electronic Games, Mobile Phone etc.
Any student who is repeatedly or will fully mischievous, or guilty of malpractices in connection with examination, or has committed an act of serious indiscipline and misbehaviour, or who has any bad influence on his fellow pupils may be expelled permanently or removed from the school for specified period by the Head of the school.
Going from one class to anotherclass between periods should be done in silence by falling in line. Running, playing, shouting and howling inside the school building is never allowed.
No collection for any celebration should be made without the previous permission of the Principal.
Students are not allowed to wear any jewellary or to bring any valuable articles to the school.
Students shall not come to the school by driving motorbike/car.
Students are strictly forbidden to write or scribble on walls, desks etc. or to throw paper, spill ink in and around the class room or to cause damage to the school property in any way. Damage done should be compensated at the discretion of the Principal.
Students should always be neatly dressed with their shoes polished and hair done properly. They should turn out in school uniformdaily, on all school functions and on all local/ board examination times.
Students who are improperly or shabbily dressed would be punished.
Students are advised to make use of the dustbins provided to throw bits of paper etc. They are expected to keep the class rooms and surroundings neat and clean.
No student should whistle in the school premises. Students are always expected to set higher standards of good conduct and politeness in the school, home and public places.
Examination & Promotion Rules
The final assessment of a student for promotion shall be decided by the rules of the M.P. Board.
Improvement test will be conducted for those students who get less than 40% in two subjects only.
There will be no change in the exam date if the student is absent or sick.
A minimumattendance of 80% is must throughout the year for final promotion.
Absence from a subject excludes a pupil from being graded in the subject whichwill disqualify him/herfor proficiency award.
Once the resultis declared, it shall be considered as final.
Hall Ticket is essential for all examinations.
Hall Ticket will be issued only after getting the N.O.C. from laboratory, library,games and fee sections (students will be allowed to sit for the examinations only after clearing all the dues to the school).
75% attendance is compulsory for appearing in the examinations. Students who fail to have the minimum percentage of attendance will not be eligible for examinations.
Students who fail to have the minimum percentage of attendance will not be recommended for board and secondary examinations. Promotion will be as per the regulations of the Education Department.
All writtenanswer scripts and any other work done by the students of the school during examinations or as a part of examination and the copy right there in are property of the school and will not be returned. Every application to admit a studentby parents/guardians in thebeginning of each academic sessionwill be deemed to constitute an agreement by each parent/guardian of the student-admitted to the school.
Students who fail in any subjectmay not be given grade in examination.
Half yearly examination's answer papers may be shown to parents/guardians who desire.Annual Examination answer sheetswill not be shown to parents/guardians.
Progress report will not be sent to home therefore parents / guardiansof the students may come to school onallotted date & time for signing progressreport card and see the answer papers of your child. Parents/ guardians may examine the progress report before signing it from the school itself.
Any malpractice detected during of subsequent to examination, changing marks in progress report, etc. will lead to cancellation/ disqualification and punishment of the pupil Use of religious, political, social symbols or sloganson the examination paper is strictly forbidden.
For half yearly, monthly and unit tests the time table will be given to the students. However for class tests, revision tests and for the routine tests no time table will be given in advance Monthly test is compulsory.
Absence/leave in an examination will be treated as having received no (zero) marks in it. Promotion once refused will not be considered again.
Re-totaling of the marks in the annual examination is permitted at a written request from the parents/ guardian with a nominal fee.
Revaluation of the annual examination paper is not generally permitted.
For classIX & XI students who fail in two subjectsmay be given chance to appear for supplementary examination.
Students absent from examination without adequate reasons will be regarded as having failed.
Leave Rules
If a student falls ill or has to attend a family function, the class teacher grants leave for a maximumperiod of three days. If a student needsleave for more than three days, he/ she has to get it grantedby the Principal.
Students will be grantedleave of absenceonly for serious reasons and on receipt of a written request from their parents or guardians to the Principal.
Leave of absence, for any reason other than illness, is granted only on rare occasions, provided previously applied for.
Absence of students from class for merely family,social functions and wedding of relatives other than those of immediate relation in family is discouraged.
If a student is absent on account of illness, the Principal and the class teacher should be intimatedimmediately. If the absencehas lasted over a week, a medicalcertificate should be submitted.
If a student is absent from school for more that 15 days without proper leaves, his/hername shall be removed from the register. Re-admission if granted will only be after payment of a fresh admission fee.
No leave is granted on examination days, on the first day of each term, on the eve of holidays or after three or more consecutive holidays.
Once a student gets attendance in the class he/she will not be eligible for any partial leave. If needed parents are requested to submit written application to take child home during class hours.
Leave taken must be entered in the leave absence record page of the school diary which has to be signed by parent or guardian and given to the class teacher.
The parents have to ensure that studies missed by their children in absence are covered.
A pupil who has been suffering from or exposed to an infectious or contagious disease will not be allowed to attend school unless she/he has been in quarantine for the necessary period of time and brings a medical certificate stating that the period of infection/contagion is over.
Disciplinary Action
Students will not be allowed to attend the class if they are not reaching the school before the assembly. Absolutely there is no compromise on this point. No discussions will be entertained in the office of the principal regarding this.
Students are expected to keep up the good name of the school by their studies, work and behaviour. Students must come to school in the prescribed full school uniform, they will avoid wearing heavy steel chains and bangles; costly jewellery is to be avoided during school time.
All students should line up immediately for the assembly in silence when the first bell is rung. After the Assembly they should go to their class rooms in silence, get their books and prepare for their studies.
Students' behaviour must be gentle. They should not make noise when passing by the classrooms or the office. Whistling, shouting etc are strictly prohibited in the school premises.
Students shall not scratch or spoil school furniture and not write on the walls or cause damage to any school property. Any damaged one or noticed should be reported at once. If the offender is not traceable a collective fine may be imposedby on the entire class.
In view of own and others safety, students are not allowed to drive vehicles in the school compound and outside without license.
On their way to or from the school all are expected to be having well remembering that the school is judged by their conduct. They should greet their teachers and staff of the school even when they meet them outside the school.
No books other than the textbooks or library books are to be brought to the school without the permission of the Principal. Guides and key books are strictly prohibited.
Students must speak only in English in the school premises, class and office.
No collection for any purpose,whatsoever, without the permission of the Principal will be allowed.
The students should be punctual and regular in attendance; School cannot take the responsibility for the slow progress of such students, who are absent from the class.
When leaving the classroom, the lights and fans must be switched off. Students are supposed to maintain pin- drop- silence in the corridors or verandas and after the warning bell before the concluding prayer everyday and should always move class wise in a line. Shouting or talking loudly inside the school building is strictly prohibited. Students representing the institution for any functions whether in the school or elsewhere must always wear the school uniform.
No students are allowed to pluck or destroy any plants or trees growing in the school compound.
Students must be responsible for the safe custody of their books and other belongings. Each article must be marked with their names. The school does not accept responsibility for the loss of books, pens, money, ornaments etc. It is advisable for the studentsnot to wear costly ornaments, bring money or other valuable articles to the school.
Students must enter or leave the classroom silently with permission of the teacher. Studentsare strictly prohibited to enter the staff room.
Students are strictly prohibited to use things like panparag supari, junk food, etc which are severely injurious to health.
Beside good work and behavior, studentsare expected to give Special attention to personal and general cleanliness and courtesy. The dress must beclean, neatly pressed, shoes well polished, finger nails pared and hair combed.
Students must keep their classrooms and school premises clean and tidy.
Attendance is compulsory on Independence Day, Republic Day and Teacher's Day, Children's Day and other day, the school specifies on which no leave will be considered.
Students are not allowed to have Tiffin in the classroom, during the Tiffin time except with permission from the class teacher in case of sickness.
If a teacher does not arrive in the classroom within two minutes after the bell for a period to commencehas gone, the second monitor should report the fact to the office while the first monitor assumes responsibility for order and discipline in the class until a substitute teacher arrives.
Personal cleanliness is expected from all pupils. The uniform must be clean and neatly pressed, shoes polished, finger nails pared, hair trimmed and neatly combed. A pupil may be sent home for lack of personal cleanliness, long hair, dirty clothes and shoes after a warning in the school diary.
Those absent from an examination, partiallyor totally, without grave reasons/previous written permission will be regarded as having failed. They will be debarred from giving the same examination at a later date.

Students are very strictly forbidden to bring mobile phone, walkman, and calculators to school.
School reserves to itself the right to dismiss students whose diligence or progress in studies is steadily unsatisfactory, irregular attendance, habitual illness, disrespect to any of the parents of the students in the school compound or whose conduct is harmful to other students or whose guardians show little interestin the progress of their wards. Immorality, grave insubordination, contempt of authority or willful damage to propertyis always sufficient reasons for the immediate dismissal.
The following practices like smoking, use of drugs or intoxicants, rowdyism, rude behaviour, casteism and communalism will render students most unworthy to continue their education in this institution.
If a student is suspended for any reason,the school will not be held responsible for the loss of studies during the period of suspension.
The decision (disciplinary action) of the management shall be final and conclusive and no appeal shall be entertained anywhere except with the managing committee of the school.
